By accessing or using agentlede.com (the "Site") or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.

2. The Newsletter

Agentlede is a free email newsletter. Subscribing costs nothing and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We may introduce optional paid products in the future; nothing will be charged to you without your explicit purchase.

3. Content and No Professional Advice

Newsletter content is educational information for real estate professionals. It is not legal, financial, brokerage-compliance, or fair-housing advice. You are responsible for ensuring anything you publish, including AI-generated marketing material, complies with MLS rules, your brokerage policies, and applicable law, including fair-housing requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

Newsletter issues and the AI Listing Kit are provided for your individual professional use. You may use the prompts and the output they produce in your own business. You may not resell or republish the newsletter content itself as your own product.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site and newsletter are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentlede is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the content.
